Tinnitus and Headaches?
Hi folks, i have been recently diagnosed with Tinnitus, my question is, what are the normal symptoms for this (apart from the ringing – lol), It is normally worse when i get up in the morning. Also i get headaches that seem to be sometimes in the top of my head, other times at the front, can thinking about tinnitus give you the headache in the first place, as this thing drives me crazy i suppose the anxiety or depression it causes can cause otherproblemss as well as the headaches.

i get it from a problem with my ear, constant infections and vertigo, i cant stand being in silence if the tv is on or radio low im ok but silence is so disturbing as its when i can hear it, i advise a ipod to listen to when its really bad lol works wonders when its really getting me down!
You could try seeing a cranial osteopath. I’m told they have some success in treating tinnitus and headaches. I feel for you – it’s a horrid thing to have.
Tinnitus can make the sufferer down and feel anxious as the noise can be so persistant. Headaches are also a common problem too but what I would say any symptoms that suddenly get worse get them chacked.
