Help Pulsing Ear A little Scared.?

I recently come down with a head cold the whole sore throat mucus and stuffy nose. All of a sudden my left ear feels like it needs to be popped. It is also clogged and is pulsing like my heart is in my ear. What is going on? Will it go away soon? Am I going deaf in my left ear? I also hear slight ringing once and a while. It goes away when i hold my head down.

I think I have the same problem as you…though I don’t consider it a problem.
It’s been happening to me since as long as I can remember.
I get the ringing about once a week.
I’ve never felt any pain.
Sometimes I get a sensation like the inside of my ear is wet, but I have never found any kind of fluid when the feeling comes up.
I’ve never looked for any kind of solution to these feelings.
