Could my sinus-induced sleep problems explain uncontrollable appetite and depression?

I have been struggling with weight and depression issues for a while, and I just found out that I have an anatomical sinus problem. It’s also hard for me to sleep, and I have anxiety and irregular periods.

Yes, lack of sleep for any reason can cause many emotional and other physical problems. If you aren’t getting enough sleep, you will obviously need more energy from food, so you will eat more. As well as people who are awake at night for any reason have a higher rate of depression versus people who get a good night rest.
