Could I get a medical marijuwana card from NJ while living in PA?

Is it possible for me to get it from a doctor in Jersey while living in PA? I have tinnitus, anxeity, and terrible migranes for 5 years now. Id like to get my hands on one, so I can have herb legally.

No, and you would be in violation of Pennsylvania law for possessing marijuana in Pennsylvania pursuant to the NJ Card if you somehow got one, and possession of marijuana is still a violation of federal law as the US Supreme Court has ruled.
