Can i get more information on these symptoms?
Nausea, ringing ears, black out and sudden sweating. This happened to me yesterday. I was standing in a line just for 5 to 10 minutes and i got nauseas, my ears started ringing, my vision got blurry and i got soaking wet all over with sweat in just a few seconds, but i was in a air conditioned room. i have had this happen to me couple of times before, years ago.

You need to go and seek medical physician for help this could be a serious to a non serious matter.
take ur butt to the doctor
this can range from anything to your brain to your heart
i agree with velia05!
it could be your blood flow sometimes your brain doesnt know when your standing up or laying and so on so it doesnt change your blood pressure 2 the right amount!!! i think you should go 2 the doctor also one last thing it could be the weather where you live!!! is it warm???
You seem to have all of the symptoms of Meniere’s Disease. There is a fluid in your inner ear that shifts with movement and tells your brain that you are moving. I think it is called endolymph. When there is a leak and this fluid mixes with another fluid in your inner ear (sorry, I can’t remember the name), you get your symptoms. I can’t remember the physiology behind this, but you could google it.
Also, you should make an appointment with your primary care physician asap to get your blood pressure checked. If this happens again before you get to the office, go to the ER-nausea, fainting, and sweating are classic signs of a myocardial infarction (heart attack). If you are a woman and are under thirty, MAKE the ER doc do all of the tests: ECG, Echo, CPK, troponin levels or he may just right it off as a panic attack and give you an ativan. Good luck and get to that doctor.
